Built in 1970 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2002, the modern low rise Alonis complex is a small development of 26 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 3 floors.

All guest rooms are centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and magnifying mirror, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, all rooms are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, an air conditioned restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, laundry and medical services, and a comfortable lounge bar.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
