Built in 1985 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 1998, the modern El Trebol Apartments has a total of 60 guest rooms, which are built over 15 floors, and set amidst a Mediterranean style garden and sun terrace overlooking a large central pool area.

All guest rooms are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, laundry and medical services, and a comfortable lounge bar.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
