Built in 1988, the modern Evamar complex has a total of 144 one bedroom self catering apartments, accommodating up to 4 people, which are built over 24 floors and set amidst spacious sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and cosmetic mirror, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, all apartments are provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, public internet terminals, an air conditioned snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Evamar Apartments also provides a seasonal programme entertainment for both adults and children.
