Built in 1986 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2007, the modern Halley complex has a total of 71 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments and studio flats, which are built over 18 floors and set amidst a spacious sun terrace around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and magnifying mirror, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, all apartments are also provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a snack bar and comfortable lounge bar.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults with integrated children's section, and a spacious sun terrace which is furnished with loungers and parasols.
