Built in 1978 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2005, the modern Hotel Calas Marina has a total of 118 twin guest rooms, which are built over 7 floors and set amidst a Mediterranean style garden and sun terrace, around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and magnifying mirror, along with a satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box and minibar available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, all rooms are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers, parasols and hammocks. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground, and both pool and table tennis tables.
