Built in 1972 and extensively refurbished in the winter of 2004, the modern Hotel Don Pancho has a total of 250 guest rooms, including 219 standard twin rooms, 25 singles and a further 6 Junior Suites, which are built over 19 floors and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer, along with a satellite television, direct dial telephone, minibar, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, all rooms are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, internet terminals with high speed WiFi access available in selected areas, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Hotel Don Pancho also offers the use of 4 large air conditioned conference and meeting rooms, all of which are fully equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids, including both overhead and slide projectors.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a hard surface tennis court with flood lights, as well as both pool and table tennis tables.

Guests staying at the Hotel Don Pancho also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels' own Health and Fitness Centre, which features a ladies and gents hairdresser, along with a Finnish sauna and steam bath, as well as offering a variety of other massage treatments.

The Hotel Don Pancho also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
