Built in 1963 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2005, the modern Hotel Fenicia has a total of 270 guest rooms, including 258 standard twin rooms and a further 12 singles, which are built over 7 floors.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and cosmetic mirror, along with a satellite television, direct dial telephone, refrigerator, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views over the resort. In addition to the above features, all rooms are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, and a comfortable lounge bar.

For business guests, the Hotel Fenicia also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room, seating a maximum of 200 people, which is fully equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids including both overhead and slide projectors.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small freshwater splash pool and sun terrace, which is furnished with loungers and parasols, along with a children's playground and mini club, as well as both pool and table tennis tables.

Guests staying at the Hotel Fenicia also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels' own Health and Fitness Centre, which features a larger indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi and fully equipped cardiovascular gymnasium.

The Hotel Fenicia also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring petanque, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.

Guests staying at the Hotel Fenicia are also invited to join the Magic Group Dance Academy. Each hotel of the Magic chain offers guests the opportunity to learn a style of dance, through the learning of one routine. In this way, in only one week, it is possible to learn the salsa, the merengue, the hustle, the cha-cha-cha, the tango, rock & roll, swing and the vals. Furthermore, the academy offers several levels of learning based on the duration of the client's stay.
