Built in 1991 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2008, the modern Hotel Les Dunes Comodoro has a total of 92 guest rooms, including 88 Junior Suites comprising of one bedroom with twin beds and a living room with sofa bed, and a further 4 twin guest rooms, all of which are built over 23 floors overlooking a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, hairdryer and magnifying mirror, along with a satellite television, direct dial telephone, mini bar and safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace. many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, all rooms are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, and lounge bar.

For business guests, the Hotel Dunes Comodoro also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room, with the capacity to seat a maximum of 80 people, which is fully equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids including both overhead and slide projectors.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Guests staying at the Hotel Dunes Comodoro also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels' own Health and Wellness Centre, which features a cardiovascular gymnasium and sauna, as well as offering a variety of other cosmetic and massage treatments.
