Built in 1996 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2001, the modern Hotel Montemar has a total of 115 guest rooms, including 105 standard twin rooms, 7 VIP rooms and a further 3 Elite rooms, all of which are built over 7 floors.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and magnifying mirror, along with a satellite television, direct dial telephone, mini bar and safety deposit box available for rental, high speed WiFi internet access, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the sea.

In addition to the above features, both the VIP and Elite rooms at the Hotel Montemar come equipped with a flat screen television, and bathroom with hairdryer, and all rooms at the hotel are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, public internet terminals with high speed WiFi access available in selected areas, laundry and medical services, and a comfortable lounge bar.

Leisure facilities available to guests includes a solarium located on the 6th floor of the hotel, which is furnished with sun loungers and parasols and offers wonderful ocean views.

The Hotel Montemar also also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment, with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
