Built in 1968 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2002, the modern Hotel Tanit has a total of 83 guest rooms, including 65 standard twin rooms and a further 18 singles, which are built over 7 floors.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, hairdryer and magnifying mirror, along with a satellite television, direct dial telephone, mini bar, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, all rooms are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, and a comfortable lounge bar.
