Built in 1970 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2004, the modern Hotel Villa de Benidorm has a total of 120 standard twin guest rooms, which are built over 6 floors and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces overlooking a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and cosmetic mirror, along with a satellite television, direct dial telephone, refrigerator, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, all rooms are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground and mini club, and both pool table tennis tables.

Guests staying at the Hotel Villa de Benidorm also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels' own Health and Fitness Centre, which features a smaller indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi and fully equipped cardiovascular gymnasium.

The Hotel Villa de Benidorm also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring petanque, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.

Guests staying at the Hotel Villa de Benidorm are also invited to join the Magic Group Dance Academy. Each hotel of the Magic chain offers guests the opportunity to learn a style of dance, through the learning of one routine. In this way, in only one week, it is possible to learn the salsa, the merengue, the hustle, the cha-cha-cha, the tango, rock & roll, swing and the vals. Furthermore, the academy offers several levels of learning based on the duration of the client's stay.
