Extensively refurbished during the winter of 1999, the modern low rise Palm Court complex is a small development of 45 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 4 floors, and set amidst spacious and sun terraces, around a central pool area.

All guest rooms are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and cosmetic mirror, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, all rooms are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room and snack bar offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground, and both pool and table tennis tables.
