Built in 2002, the modern low rise Terralta complex has a total of 160 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are distributed between 2 two storey buildings, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, hairdryer and cosmetic magnifying mirror, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings, microwave oven, refrigerator, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, all apartments are also provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, an air conditioned cafe-bar with snacks, meals and daily menu service, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate children's pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground, and both pool and table tennis tables.

Guests staying at the Terralta Apartments also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels' own Health and Fitness Centre, which features a further indoor heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi, steam room and cardiovascular gymnasium.

The Terralta Apartments also provides a varied entertainment programme for both adults and children during the summer months.
