Built in 1990, the modern Vista Mar complex has a total of 80 one bedroom self catering apartments, accommodating up to 4 people, which are built over 20 floors, and set amidst a spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and cosmetic magnifying mirror, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, all apartments are also provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with public internet terminals and a comfortable lounge bar.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Guests staying at the Vista Mar Apartments are also welcome to use the leisure facilities at the nearby Hotel Flamingo Benidorm, which includes a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring petanque, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
