Extensively refurbished during the winter of 2002, the modern Aquarium II complex has a total of 175 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one bedroom self catering apartments and studio flats, which are built over 22 floors overlooking a large central pool area.

All guest rooms are centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and magnifying mirror, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, all rooms are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along a comfortable lounge bar.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
