Built in 1991, the modern Era Park complex has a total of 72 guest rooms, which includes 70 one bedroom self catering apartments and a further 2 apartments with two bedrooms, all of which are built over 18 floors, and set amidst a spacious Mediterranean style garden and sun terrace overlooking a large central pool area.

All guest rooms are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and magnifying mirror, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings, refrigerator, microwave oven, iron and ironing board available on request, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, all rooms are provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers, hammocks and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground along with a games room.
